Apprenticeship Program

Our apprenticeship program is designed for highly motivated and disciplined veterans with a basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical critical power systems.

Also, may apply to college graduates with a strong knowledge baseline, but little to no field experience.

Offering milestone pay increases through on the job training and qualifications. A 2-year program that by the end will have the apprentice agent fully qualified to perform L1 to L5 commissioning for major critical power companies and salary commensurate with said qualifications.

Electrical Commissioning Engineer
  • Responsible for Witnessing Installation, start-up, and testing of critical power equipment including, but not limited to:
    • Generators
    • Uninterruptible Power Supplies
    • Switchgear (Low and Medium Voltage)
    • Transfer Switches
    • PLCs
    • Bus ducts
  • Responsible for procedure generation for functional performance testing, as well as SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs
  • Client/Client representative interaction for given projects.
  • Electrical micro-schedule and load bank plan generation for individual projects.
  • Final Commissioning Report generation.
  • Submittal and Specification Reviews.
Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
  • Responsible for Witnessing Installation, start-up, and testing of critical power cooling equipment including, but not limited to:
    • Air Handlers
    • Chillers
    • Building Management Systems
    • PLCs
    • Industrial Water Systems
    • Exhaust Fans
    • VFDs
  • Responsible for procedure generation for functional performance testing, as well as SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs
  • Client/Client representative interaction for given projects.
  • Mechanical micro-schedule generation for individual projects.
  • Final Commissioning Report generation.
  • Submittal and Specification Reviews.
  • TAB Report Reviews.
